Happy To Be Part of the Red Oak – Waxahachie Community
We are nearing our third anniversary here in Waxahachie. As we prepare to celebrate, we couldn’t help remembering all the good times we have shared with the lovely members of the communities we serve.
As some of you will recall, we had our ribbon-cutting ceremony back in March of 2017, and we opened our doors shortly after that.
We cannot thank you enough for the warm welcome and the great relationships we have built with the members of Red Oak and Waxahachie. We consider you all family, and we know you feel the same way about us.
When we decided to open an Altus Emergency Center here, our primary goal was to provide quality emergency care to the growing communities of Red Oak and Waxahachie.
As a company, we share the same strong family values you all do. That is why we hire local doctors, nurses, and physicians whenever possible. This way, you will always see a familiar face when you come to our ER.
Over the course of these years, we have strived to become an active participant in local health and educational events. Our services aim to provide world-class emergency care to all patients, including children. We have certified doctors and nurses working at our ER 24/7. There are no lines at our facility. We work hard to ensure every patient who comes to us for help is seen by a doctor right away.

Affordable Care
We can all agree that quality emergency medical services shouldn’t bankrupt you. That is why we took control of the billing in our facility.
We hired doctors to work directly with us, and we negotiated their doctor fees to ensure you never have to overpay for emergency care again.
We have taken great measures to simplify our billing process. Unlike other ER’s that bill you separately for radiology and lab services, with us, you will only receive two bills.
One bill will include all the ER services you received. The other one will consist of the doctor’s fees, which, as we mentioned, are significantly lower than those charged at other facilities.
