She joined the Altus Emergency team in 2016 as an Executive Fellow, during which time she rotated throughout the modalities under the guidance of Kevin Herrington, President of Altus Emergency Centers and Executive Vice President of Development.  Lauren is currently Administrator of CHI St. Luke’s Health Memorial Emergency Center in Lufkin and Director of Director of Quality Improvement for all Altus Freestanding Emergency Center facilities.

Lauren Frazier, studied health sciences and minored in corporate communication and public relations, also obtaining a concentration in Biochemistry at Baylor University and MBA from Lamar University.

She is married, enjoys travel, music, and spending time with her family.
