Uninsured Process

Are you not insured and need emergency care?  No problem! We provide the option of receiving that critical emergency medical care to our uninsured patients.  At all Altus facilities we offer free medical screening to all patients in case they wonder whether or not their situation is a medical emergency.  Should it be a potential medical emergency, there is an uninsured process option. Don’t forget that the Law Guarantees Coverage.  We will process and file a claim with all major commercial/private insurance companies on your behalf, such as but not limited to AETNA, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, and United Health Care. During the during PHE, we have been granted access to care for our Medicare patients.  Find out more.

At Altus Emergency, we are fully equipped to offer first class emergency room services, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.  You can rest assured that once you walk into any of our facilities, our caring, knowledgeable ER Team will be ready to care for you.  Our site ER physicians, nurses and techs will be able to treat everything from major to minor emergencies.
