Lorrie Anna Soffes is a respected, versatile, and highly accomplished professional with more than 23 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Lorrie’s first job at Altus was in the Records Department and Coding. However, her friendly yet determined personality and her commitment to working hard to achieve the company’s goals caught made her stand out.

Her work ethic and organizational skills quickly translated into a promotion to Director of HIM and Administrative Services and, most recently, to Director of Revenue Cycle.

In her current role, Lorrie Anna Soffes is responsible for the revenue cycle of all Altus Emergency Centers and Altus Lumberton Hospital, where she oversees the billing department and assists with Administrative Services policies and procedures related to billing.

Lorrie is an inspirational leader who strives to create a work environment based on mutual respect and compassion. Her initiatives that always consider the patient’s needs are in perfect alignment with Altus Health’s mission and have allowed the department and its team members to grow both within the organization and the community.

Lorrie Anna Soffes is an active mother and grandmother who loves outdoor activities with her family, going to the beach or lake, and going on motorcycle rides.
