Kristin Kappler joined us in 2018 as Assistant Administrator in our Altus Baytown Hospital facility. Her exceptional work ethic, knowledge, organizational, and leadership skills impressed her superiors and quickly led to her current role as Administrator.
She is responsible for handling the facility’s day-to-day operations in her current role. In the short time since her promotion, she and her team have created an exemplary environment centered on patient care and keeping in line with Altus Health’s positive work environment policies.
Kristin is a charismatic and empathetic manager who strives to motivate and respects her staff members. Thanks to her managerial style, she’s built an executive-level core team that genuinely cares for each other and patients’ quality of care.
During her formative years, Kristin Kappler excelled as a student and an athlete. She was a member of The National Honor Society, The Spanish National Honor Society, PALS, Who’s Who, Peer Tutor Program, and the Varsity Softball team.
She received a full athletic scholarship to the University of Texas At San Antonio, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree. She later graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition degree.
Kristin is the oldest of four sisters, and in her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, traveling, and experiencing new things.
