Introducing – Richelle Blackburn, our caring and respected Administrator at Altus Emergency Center Lumberton.

Administrator, Richelle Blackburn heads our spirited team at Altus Emergency Center in Lumberton. Since its establishment in Lumberton in 2013, this freestanding emergency center has been a beacon of hope for thousands of families who would have had to drive long distances to get high-quality emergency care. Rather than arriving at Lumberton, it blossomed out of it as most of its staff made up of talented locals on a quest to bring the best to their community. Heading this team is administrator Richelle Blackburn who is a highly active participant in community awareness and prevention campaigns as well as just for fun to bring out smiles. We invite you to get to know administrator Richelle Blackburn, our fearless leader that gets to know each of the staff members on a personal basis as well as the patients. It’s her smiling face that you will see in photos with the Lumberton Chamber of Commerce, with the Lumberton ISD and on funny videos trying to explain how to prevent an accident or an illness in a way that can be understood by all of us and not just the doctors.

“Richelle is the care giver of the group. Richelle takes much pride for the patient care as well as making sure staff is given their needs at facility. This creates a both win win for patient and staff. She is the reason for great customer service satisfaction and was meant to lead a healthcare facility. She cares for our health!”
